We are looking for candidates that have previous Customer Service experience who are ready for a new and exciting opportunity!
You will be responsible for making outbound calls to assist the general public and the wider community by providing excellent customer experiences. You will be assisting and educating customers around the importance of people's hearing and booking appointments.
Your new role
As the first point of contact for customers, you will be making outbound calls. Working on campaigns to encourage those who may have hearing loss to arrange hearing testing. You will support and assist customers while navigating them towards a suitable option for their individual needs.
Make outbound calls and provide excellent Customer Service
Provide knowledge and educational piece around the importance of their health
Learn and master multiple internal systems and software
Extensive initial training to provide you with all the tools to be successful
About you:

You'll also need:
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Previous Customer Service or call centre experience
