Your new role
You will be responsible for handling inbound and warm outbound calls, assisting customers with queries and requests. As well as, proactive customer engagement, retention activities, and supporting other areas of the business as required.
What you need to succeed
Previous Customer Service/Retention experience in the Banking/Finance industry is a MUST!
Experience discussing “home loans” is highly desirable
Strong customer service skills within a call centre environment
High attention to detail and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environments
Strong computer skills
Qualifications in Accounting, Banking, or Finance are looked upon favourably

Office hours 09.30-18.00

$60k-$75k (depending on experience)
