Based in Bayswater North, we are one of the leading hirers of toilets, temporary fence, crossovers and power poles in Victoria with most of our work generated by phone and email orders through our internal Customer Service centre.
You are bright, self-sufficient and fun. We will train you in-house. Some basic computer skills will be an advantage. This is a full-time role – working hours Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.
We are looking for a people person to “fit in” to our Customer Service centre in what is / will become an autonomous role. You will be able to:
- Provide a high level of service and support for all activities relating to sales and service enquiries for all
- Inbound telephone sales
- Problem Solving
- Order processing
- Sales/service assistance to our existing client base
Reporting to the Commercial Manager - this position is one of a team of 5 persons - all self-sufficient in their daily duties.
- Processing of all data entry requirements for sales, hire and pick up requests through our point-of-sale system, ensuring all invoices are produced daily.
The successful applicant will:
- Be self-motivated, self-reliant, trustworthy and demonstrate personal organisational skills
- Demonstrate a positive, “can-do” attitude and work well in a close team environment
- Have good telephone and communication skills
