JOB SUMMARY:
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our global customer base. Your primary responsibility is taking customer phone calls, emails and social media messages, providing technical product support, sales information and communication. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, servicing a worldwide customer base and ensuring efficient and accurate invoicing.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Provide sales & support to the Operations Manager
- Provide Customer Service; answering telephones, emails, enquiries and follow-ups, product information, delivery and sales information, and feedback.
- Entering and processing orders and customer information in Shopify, email ticketing portals, managing returns, backorders, deliveries, and customer support information.
- Resolve client queries and issues
ABOUT YOU:
- Desirable to have 2 years’ plus experience in a sales & Customer Service, sales fulfilment role or similar.
- Strong communications skills - Client liaison, communication, networking, influencing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Works well within a team environment
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, strong oral and written communication skills, strong organisation, time management and planning ability
