We’re looking for someone who has a natural gift (and love) for talking to customers and selling our services. An outgoing personality, the gift of the gab and the understanding of the joy a clean car brings are key things we’re looking for.
A day at Washed looks like:
- Assisting with the set up/pack down of the greeting area.
- Greeting customers and helping them at our entrance.
- Upselling our products & services.
- Assisting with loading customers and their cars on to our wash conveyor belt.
- Follow a set daily/weekly schedule.
- Keeping the entrance tidy.
You don’t need to have previous car wash experience, but there are a few prerequisites for the role:
- Good personal presentation.
- Can-do attitude.
- Face to face Customer Service experience is essential.
- An Australia Driver's Licence.
- Most importantly, be a good person with a degree in common sense.
We’re ultimately looking for a good person with the right attitude who simply loves getting in and getting a job done.
The role is casual with flexibility around days and hours. We currently need to fill around 20 hours per week. We are open 8am-5pm Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm Saturday and 9am-4pm Sunday.
