About the Job
In this outstanding newly created role, you will have a crucial part in delivering high quality service to our Managed Services customers. With no two days the same, you'll engage in a diverse range of tasks to maintain existing customer agreements, facilitate new ones, and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent Customer Service through adherence to our Asset Management Service's delivery methodology.
- Handling inbound/outbound telephonic & email inquiries promptly.
- Coordinating end-to-end asset deployments and collections.
- Managing stock coordination and lease contracts.
- eCommerce portal coordination and testing.
- Generating & sending reports on time to the customer and internal teams.
- Developing strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure superior customer satisfaction.
- Contributing to the development of innovative solutions to enhance our service delivery.
About You
- Minimum 2 years' experience in service desk or related Customer Service roles.
- Knowledge of PC hardware and components procurement.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work autonomously.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Customer-centric focus with meticulous attention to detail.
- Prior experience in Asset Management or ServiceNow platform would be highly regarded.
