We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Customer Care Specialist to join the Croft team and support our expanding customer base.
Your primary role will be ensuring all customers are met with a personal, prompt and professional experience, keying of client orders, invoicing and managing incoming calls.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Answering inbound calls and emails
- Serving customers on front counter
- Keying and invoicing of orders, with a high level of attention to detail
- Liaise and coordinate with relevant internal teams to aid the best possible customer service experience
- Always work to nurture and build existing and new relationships with our customers
- Continually build your product knowledge to better support the team and service your customers
- Support the management of client sales inquiries, including product, price and quote queries and requests
To be successful you will have
- Attention to detail is the number one requirement!
- Strong value base and passion
- Account Management experience is preferred
- Preferred background in the sales of washroom and packaging
- A track record that shows success in building business and strategic partnerships
- Confidence in solution selling to achieve an Exceptional Workplace for your customers
- Excellent presentation skills, where you can tailor your approach to educate, motivate and inspire your audience
- Be a Team player
Previous experience with Myob is preferred but not essential.
