Key Details about the role:
- May Start Dates
- Pay Rate $26.77 per hour + Super + Incentives
- Full Time (38 hours per week)
- Part Time (30 hours per week)
- Monday to Friday 7am - 6pm - Rotating roster
- Brisbane CBD Location - Across the road from Central Station
- Paid training provided - continued support and coaching leading to growth towards promotion opportunities.
Role Duties:
You will be the first point of contact for our customers that call and will provide a refreshing and positive experience every time. Using your problem solving skills to deliver the best outcomes for your customer.
Who are you?
- Must be an Australian Citizen and at least 18 years of age
- Confident and capable in using computers and systems
- Passionate about Customer Service
- Keen to learn new skills and refine existing ones
