We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our Chubb Fire & Security Key Accounts team based in Salisbury (Brisbane).

About the Role
This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Specialist located in Salisbury, the Greater Brisbane Area.
You will be responsible for:
- Central point of contact for National Key Account customers
- General administration of Key Accounts, inclusive but not limited to logging work orders, generating compliance reports and invoicing
- Have a systems/IT background and can find yourself around computer systems
- Responding to all communications to ensure customer SLAs are met, as well as maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Creating strong relationships with service managers, technicians and key customers to understand their needs and issues
About You
- Australian Citizenship or Australian Permanent Resident (PR)
- Self Motivated
- Demonstrated experience dealing with clients in a corporate environment.
- Knowledge of security and fire-safety solutions would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Great time management skills
- Strategic thinker
- Ability to understand and analyse customer needs
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Understanding of a Service-Related maintenance business would be ideal
