The Role

Right now, our Toowoomba office is looking for new sales and service superstars to help new or existing Suncorp & GIO customers by asking the right questions to determine their insurance requirements or supporting their queries. What you’ll do
Receiving a high volume of calls regarding Suncorp & GIO insurance products, you will:
Deliver a seamless customer experience on various insurance products that provides value for our customers
Identify the appropriate insurance policies to meet customer requirements
Achieve customer sales and service targets set for car and home insurance.

Shift & Hours
We are recruiting for the following part time shift option:
Option 1: *Sat, Tues, Wed, Fri - 20 hours per week - start window on weekends 8am-10am & weekdays 12.30pm-1.30pm
Option 2: *Sat, Mon, Tues, Wed - 20 hours per week - start window 9am-11am
‘Start window’ means you can be asked to start at any time between the hours shown. You must be able to fully commit to the shift shown.
*On Saturday shifts you will be eligible for 100% loading after 12pm.
What’s we can offer you
$56,500 base salary (FT 37.5hrs) + 11% super (equivalent to $62,432 incl. super) + penalties on eligible shifts + performance-based incentives

Training Period
If successful, we are offering 7 weeks full time, paid training (Monday – Friday from 8.30am until 4.30pm). This training will be held onsite at our Toowoomba office.
Work from home requirements
As this role will be a combination of compulsory onsite attendance and work from home you will need to be set up accordingly. To successfully work from home, you will require the following.
Home phone line or VOIP connection
Internet connection
You will be provided with a company issued Laptop which can plug into the facilities in the office, or to use when working from home.
For work from home purposes, you will also need a keyboard, mouse and computer screen at home, combined with the required cables and/or dock to connect to the laptop.
Ergonomic set up with desk and chair in a quiet, private space.
