About the Role:
We are looking for someone with exceptional Customer Service skills and
charisma to drop past and connect with our solar customers after their system has already been installed. This adds that extra special Customer Service touch and creates raving fans for future referrals and positive word of mouth.
In addition to being a people’s person, the role will require that you are
relatively IT savvy, as it can often include assisting our customers in
downloading monitoring apps and connecting to their solar system via their
home WIFI connection.
Remuneration will be a combination of base wage and performance bonuses
and includes a company-provided vehicle, expense card, phone and laptop
General tasks & responsibilities
- Attend booked home visits to our customers after installation.
- Assisting customers in setting up their solar monitoring and reconnecting their system to our monitoring portals where needed.
- Conducting customer satisfaction surveys.
- Take nice photos of installed solar systems to post to our social media and review platforms.
