McPherson Media Group (MMG) is seeking a vibrant and capable individual to fill the role of Customer Service Team Leader at the heart of our operations, the Shepparton News office.
As the Customer Service Team Leader, you'll look after a small team while utilising your exceptional administrative skills to foster a culture of excellence within our department. Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless customer experiences for individuals and businesses throughout the Goulburn Valley region.
