About the role
We are seeking a superstar candidate with excellent communication skills to step into this role in a temporary capacity whilst our client implements a new platform.Typically, there will be 20-30 calls per day on average, and you'll be operating within a team setting where ample support and training will be available.
Key Responsibilities
  • Engaging with customers via telephone to address their concerns
  • Providing solutions for straightforward issues
  • Generating a ticket in FreshDesk to facilitate communication between the technical team and the customer for resolution
  • Coordinating efforts between the technical and Customer Service teams

Requirements
  • Must have the right to work in Australia
  • Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Must be professional and keen to deliver
  • Ideally you will have experience in a Customer Service pisiton but this is not essential
