This reputable manufacturing company based in the northern Adelaide suburbs, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service/Accounts Coordinator to join their team on a 6-month temporary assignment. Your new role
- Managing customer enquiries within a portfolio of customer accounts
- Maintain high standards of customer delivery
- Coordinating accounts
- Work with internal stakeholders to provide solutions and deliver product in line with customer business needs
- Provide customers with real-time updates
What you'll need to succeed
Demonstrate excellent customer service and rapport building
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sound attention to detail with the ability to resolve issues and identify solutions
- Experience in using multiple IT systems
- Previous experience within the manufacturing industry would be advantageous.
Please note: Successful candidates will be required to undertake a Drug & Alcohol Screening
