The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, assisting with purchasing and inventory oversight, and optimizing bin locations. Candidates with a customer-centric mindset and demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles are highly valued. Strong communication skills and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations are essential qualities we are looking for. Additionally, expertise in purchasing and procurement is necessary for effectively sourcing quality products and managing supplier relationships. The role will involve strategic inventory management, including conducting regular audits, adjusting stock levels, and implementing efficient bin location systems. Adaptability and problem-solving skills are crucial for addressing inventory discrepancies and optimizing workflow processes.
Experience Required
* Experience in purchasing and procurement
* Customer service or sales experience
* Current Forklift license and driver's license
* Experience in using Microsoft software and ERP/CRM's
