The opportunity:

Visy Board specialise in manufacturing innovative corrugated cardboard packaging solutions, using highly automated production machinery. The site at Wiri was established in 1997 and has since continuously grown and developed.

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team based in Visy Board, Wiri, Auckland. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager your main objection is to provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers of the business via phone and email. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels and reordering of stock to meet our customers’ demands. Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Processing of quotes, customer orders and updating customer details in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining communication with customers regarding their accounts and any changes.
  • Participating in monthly stocktakes & data entry.
  • Work closely with the sales team, account managers and other internal departments as required to achieve customer requirements and schedules.
  • General administration duties as required within the department.

What you will bring to the team:

Your friendly mannerism and strong communication skills will see you shine in this role. You will have a customer focused attitude, strong work ethic and the following:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar Customer Service and/or administration role (preferably within the FMCG, Manufacturing or Packaging industries).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate to Advanced computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office suite, particularly in Excel.
  • Excellent time management, with the ability to prioritise and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of attention to detail and a passion for streamlining and enhancing efficiencies.
