- Telco industry knowledge
- Minimum 3 years of leadership/management experience
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

How will you support our “Why?”
As our Customer Solutions Activations Manager, you'll embody our values by achieving these activities and outcomes:
- Lead and oversee customer order activations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Establish an activation center of excellence within the customer delivery team.
- Provide daily operational leadership, training, and mentoring for customer delivery activations team members, monitoring performance and KPIs.
- Provide report statuses to the General Manager.
- Manage client relationships, satisfaction, and service delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date internal procedures, training materials, and documentation.
- Conduct post-implementation quality assurance audits.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of activation systems/processes.
