Within this role, you will be managing the day-to-day operations of the service. Leading from the front, you will be responsible for mentoring Educators, forming partnerships with families, and engaging within the wider community.

Key accountabilities for the position will include:
· Maintaining and enhancing quality service delivery of a 105-place LDC.
· Leading a team through successful Assessment and Rating processes
· Budgets, Quality improvement planning, and business acumen - you know it and can smash it out of the ballpark.
· Lead and manage the performance & development of your team – know how to inspire people and keep them engaged and accountable.
· Great curriculum knowledge that can inspire our educators to know more and do more. Practice what you preach and lead by example.
· A great all-rounder - knows the sector, is fast-paced, with a strong continuous improvement lens, and is a contributor to change.
Our selection criteria:
You will be a strong communicator with the ability to liaise and collaborate with a range of internal stakeholders across the company. Through your experience, you will be able to demonstrate proven experience and have the following as key attributes:
· Service Management experience as a Nominated Supervisor preferred
· Management experience gained through work experience in the Early Childhood sector is essential.
· Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, with a strong customer service focus
· Strong NQS, EYLF, QKLG, MTOP and CCS knowledge
· Experience working with OWNA preferred but not essential.
· Excellent planning and time management skills with high attention to detail
· Experience with digital marketing preferred.
· Great curriculum and practice knowledge is essential.
· Demonstrating resilience and professional conduct under pressure
· Strong commitment to professional learning and self-development
· Confident, energetic, and action-orientated
· Ability to lead and develop teams - knows how to enhance teams and make them shine!
· Open Driver’s License, driving confidence, and ability to drive a 12-seat, automatic passenger van as required to facilitate excursions and a courtesy pick up/drop off service.
· Independent, reliable, and ethical mindset with professional integrity
· A willingness to maintain established social outreach networks that support the local community and their families
