To help achieve Council’s goal of becoming a customer centric organisation, the role of the Customer Success Advisor will be to advocate for enhancing customer satisfaction, driving organisational change, improvement, and inspiring innovation across the broader organisation.
To enable a great customer experience for our community the position will be responsible for leveraging customer data and insights through a range of resources and research methodologies to influence internal stakeholders and processes to elevate service delivery.
The position plays a key advisory role to internal stakeholders, effectively communicating feedback received from all customer channels to design and deliver customer experience improvement initiatives in an omni-channel environment, whilst simultaneously promoting awareness and enabling the organisation to ensure human centred design when delivering services on behalf of the City of Whittlesea.
About you
You have a tertiary qualification in either communications, marketing, research or customer experience, with strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated experience in designing, delivering and elevating the customer experience across a broad and diverse organisation.
With proven experience analysing research, feedback and data to solve customer facing problems to enhance the delivery of services, you are able to readily leverage key customer information to deliver recommendations and reports to a wide range of internal stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience collaborating and influencing internal stakeholders to design, deliver and embed processes, program and plans in an omni-channel environment is essential.
