About the role We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated to become part of a passionate,engaged and service driven team with an excellent work ethic who enjoy: Handling incoming calls for results, House call bookings, specimen pick-ups and data entry enquiries Sending results via mail, fax, downloads Monitoring of Urgent Results Data Entry of Requests Recollection Queries and follow up Processing Added Tests General administration duties And Switchboard Relief About you To be considered for this position, you will need to have a great blend of skills, including: Sound typing / data entry skills A Sound knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook A willingness to adhere to departmental and organisational policies and procedures Prepared to be a cohesive and contributing member of the team and display positive attitudes towards achieving outcomes Strong time management, interpersonal and organisational skills Strong ability to multitask Excellent telephone manner Strong customer focus Strong problem-solving skills Previous experience or knowledge of medical terminology is highly desirable Employee benefits and wellbeing Access to a marketplace of exclusive discounts and vouchers from leading Australian and online retailers.
