Positions Available
We are looking for full time Customer Support Call Centre staff to assist our facilities in our Customer Support centre based in Essendon. You will need a passion for and an inclusive approach to service. Our customer base is diverse and we love what this offers our workforce and want someone that can ensure all our customers feel welcome. This roles may involve weekend, early morning or evening shifts in line with our facilities operating hours. In this role you will be assisting our leisure facilities, health clubs and swim schools with the following
- General customer enquiries
- Membership and program lead management
- Swim school enrolments, class moves, and follow up outstanding payments.
- Data entry and ad hoc administrative duties
We are looking for people who have the following
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid Certification (can be obtained after successful employment)
- Excellent customer service skills, phone manner and written communication skills
- Can-do attitude and willing to go the extra mile
- Attention to detail
- The ability to identify the customers needs and solve their problem in a quick and timely manner
- Managing calls and emails to support and assist customer queries within a timely manner
- Maintain a professional and friendly manner with all customer interactions
- Maintain a high accuracy rate on all phone calls and email enquiries, ensuring outlined KPS’s are met.
- Ability to multi task and learn new information and systems quickly
Desirable
- A background in the fitness, leisure or swim school industry
- Experience in a Customer Support Call Centre environment or front facing customer service
- Experience with Freshdesk or a similar service desk system
- Experience using Links and iClass Pro
