Manage the day-to-day operations of the Digital Health Services EMR Support Desk to deliver exceptional customer experiences, fostering a culture that contributes to a mature, resilient, and business outcome-focused service aligned to Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service (TCHHS) strategies and core values.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Demonstrated experience leading day-to-day Support Desk operations, resource planning and work allocation to meet agreed service levels.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering high quality customer services and providing frontline support in a large complex environment.
- Demonstrated ability to follow and promote ITIL Service Management processes primarily incident / problem / change / release management.
- Well-developed ability to identify and analyse issues, establish a course of action, adopt a proactive and solution focussed attitude, and work with minimum direction.

Requirements for the role:
- Whilst not mandatory, a relevant qualification in Service Management would be well regarded.
- ITIL or ITSM experience well regarded.
