SalaryIntov8 Pty Ltd is currently looking for Customer Support representatives to join our Application Support Team!
We are an Australian owned technology company, specialising in software development and business improvement solutions targeted toward the mining industry. We are located in Eagle Street, in Brisbane CBD.
This opportunity exists for part time or full time applicants. For full time employees, we are currently running a 9 day fortnight rotating roster within our team, whereby you will receive an RDO every second Monday.
About the role?
Reporting to our Operations Manager, the successful applicant/s will be responsible for resolving tickets, day-to-day customer service and support so experience with customer service is necessary. You will be providing support for Intov8’s products.
To achieve this, product training will be provided by our team. A more detailed role overview will be discussed during the interview process.
This role is designed to allow our team members to gain an understanding of the business, our customers, our product offering and the industry before moving into other areas of the business.
There are currently ~4 roles available for part time or full time candidates.
About you?
This is an Entry Level position, so you do not require experience in the role or industry. There are no tertiary education requirements, the most important skill that you can bring to our team is Customer Support/service skills and real world experience in this area.
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in a role focused on customer service and Customer Support (whether insurance, help desk, retail, hospitality, aged care etc.)
- A demonstrated ability to investigate and resolve customer issues or enquiries
- Proven problem-solving skills
- An enthusiastic attitude toward learning new skills and taking on new responsibilities
- The ability to take ownership of responsibilities and see tasks through to completion
- Experience in working with a team toward a common goal
- Constantly seeking to improve processes and systems
- A keen interest in current technology and software
- The capability to show initiative and take on new tasks
