Nutri-Tech Solutions (NTS) is a world leader in biological agricultural products. Based in Yandina, Queensland the company distributes a large and extensive product range to all States in Australia as well as multiple international locations.

NTS are seeking a Customer Support Officer who will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing customer enquiries (by phone, email and in the NTS Showroom), orders, invoicing and freight.

This full-time position is the first point of phone contact for the company, so exceptional phone manner is essential and will be trained in customer service. The ideal candidate will have computer and typing skills, a willingness to learn, multi-tasking skills and be well spoken and presented. This is a busy role, where each day is varied.

• Professional telephone skills and the ability to communicate with a diverse range of customers.
• Receive inbound calls from new and existing customers, assisting with their product needs
• Maintaining a pro-active contact with NTS customers.
• Maintenance of the customer database.
• Prospecting for, providing quotes (sales/freight) and processing of sales orders.
• Sales support in the Retail Shop.
• Liaising with transport companies and working closely with our warehouse team.
• Intermediate level of computer skills (Microsoft Office – Gmail, Word, Excel).
• Excellent time management and organisation
• A friendly and professional telephone manner
• Excellent communication skills in both written 
• Immediate start
