Role:
Working for Cannatrek you'll have the opportunity to make a difference in patients' lives. Supporting customers and patients on their journey with us, you'll be responsible for ordering prescriptions, resolving issues that may arise, and addressing customer enquiries about existing prescriptions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service & support within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Efficient end-end case management of customer queries, ensuring resolution with optimal customer satisfaction.
- Inbound/outbound calls/email via Zendesk/Outlook/CRM.
- Ability to show empathy for our patients/customers and maintain a calm customer service manner.
- Assist patients with myeden onboarding and their ordering process if they are unable to, due to age, illness or other challenges.
- Coordinate dispatch of medicines both internally and with our partner pharmacies.
- Resolve any prescription and/or service-related issues with partner pharmacies or freight providers.
- Provide customer complaint escalation promptly.
About You:
You will be a positive and empathetic listener and have the ability to remain calm and deliver outstanding service to our patients and customers. Your communication skills are paramount to this role, both verbal and written, as you will be communicating with a variety of customers. Ideally you have worked in customer care or call centre environment before.
Skills:
- Experience in customer care/customer service environment preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills - via phone, email, within the team and interdepartmentally.
- Professional and confident phone manner and ability to show empathy and patience for our valued patient/client base.
- Attention to detail and proven problem-solving skills with the ability to initiate and communicate improvements in workflow where needed.
- The ability to prioritize and use systems effectively and during active calls.
- Sound computer literacy skills -Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, ERP experience preferred.
