Our client is an organization that ranks among Victoria's most prominent community health providers. They are dedicated to fostering healthy and interconnected communities by providing a wide range of comprehensive services for individuals of all ages and life stages. They are seeking two Carer Support Officers to assist their team on a temporary basis, acting as first points of contact to connect people with care.
The Role
Working within the Carer Response team of 25, this role is crucial to the smooth running of their support services. You will receive inbound calls with requests for care and utilise your exceptional communication and organisation skills to coordinate this support.
Starting ASAP and going for 3 months minimum with potential to extend. This role is Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, all in office. They offer parking on site.
About You
To be successful candidate you must have:
- Previous experience in Non-For-Profit environments - Disability, Aged Care, Healthcare etc
- Previous experience working in Call Centre Environments
- Have a current Police check & WWCC - desirable
- Be immediately available to start!
