Customer Support Technical Coordinator - Cycling Industry

FE Sports, a premier distributor of cycling, sports, fitness, and health products to retailers in Australia and New Zealand, is on the lookout for an energetic and dynamic individual to fill a new position on our Customer Support team.

Position Overview:

This role is an integral part of our team which is the first point of contact for our customers, consumers and external sales team for placing orders, seeking information, driving sales programs, introduction of new products and developing initiatives that better support our external sales team and dealer network throughout Australia / NZ.

You will work in a modern, clean environment in our offices situated at Seventeen Mile Rocks, Brisbane. 

Candidate Profile:

You should be a self starter, computer literate in MS office and similar software packages, high level of accuracy and attention to detail, good phone manner, pleasant personality, and willingness to develop your career and skill set within our company.

The ideal candidate will have;

• Experience in an internal customer service role from within the Cycling industry or with a background in cycling, fitness, or sporting goods retail 
• In-depth knowledge of bicycle mechanics, components, and the latest cycling technologies
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts in an easily understandable manner
• Must be driven to provide excellent customer service

This experience will enable you to offer expert advice on our specialised products and critical to your success.
