Customer Service - Tech Support will be responsible for providing Technical Support to our clients who have purchased our large industrial fans. This is a troubleshooting role where you will be required to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner. You will be provided with full training on BAF products to ensure you can effectively respond to customer queries. You will need a passion for technical concepts to fully understand our Industrial fans and an ability to relay these concepts to customers in the simplest form possible.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer queries via phone and email providing solutions and escalating when required.
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and transport companies, building strong working relationships
- Ensure accurate data entry into CRM systems
- Facilitate order fulfilment while working independently with Sales, Accounting and Service departments
- Demonstrate Professionalism while dealing with customers sensitive information
Requirements
- Able to pass a police background check
- Passion for technical concepts
- Willingness to learn
- Positive can do attitude
- Comfortable talking on the phone to customers
