SalaryKey Responsibility Areas Project Management
» Lead the end-to-end delivery of Cyber Security projects within the Transformation Program, ensuring the projects are delivered in accordance to project Position Description governance frameworks
» Lead a multi-disciplinary team in shaping and delivering the Cyber Security projects, determining the best delivery approach to ensure there is clarity in the vision and the objectives are aligned with buy in from key stakeholders.
» Delegation of project activities to maximise team productivity, proactive and consultative approaches to ensure ongoing Cyber operations are effective and quality targets are met
» Create and manage project plans, budgets and resource allocations in line with project governance frameworks
» Manage multiple projects with broad scope, ambiguity, and high degree of difficulty.
» Manage project risks, issues and dependencies, develop mitigation strategies .
» Ensure projects are effectively planned and delivered in readiness for handover to IT operations upon completion to ensure the Organization continues to build its Cyber resilience and capability beyond projects
» Development of briefings, reports and papers to support project initiatives including regular project status reports to different audiences and RAID reporting

Qualifications and Experience
» You will be an experienced Program or Project Manager, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget and to a high quality in large Transformation Programs
» Extensive (minimum of 5 years) experience in leading Cyber Security Projects
» Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence a wide array of stakeholders including all levels of the organisation and communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
» Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to lead and manage project resources
» Relevant certifications in project management (e.g. PMP, Agile, SAFe, Prince2) and Cyber Security (e.g. CISSP) would be an advantage
» Strong technical knowledge and understanding of Essential 8, ISO 27001, GS007 or CPS234
» Proven experience in navigating through ambiguity, managing conflicting priorities, being adaptable and dealing with changing situation.
» Experience managing and implementing change programs, analysing data, and proactively identify problems and opportunities, anticipating the needs of the business
» Experience in managing external vendors, and procuring vendors and solutions to deliver project outcomes in line with the business's procurement frameworks
» Demonstrated ability to take on accountability for complex pieces of work and to work autonomously
