Data Administrator

We're looking for a Data Administrator to join our client in Braemar for a 3-6 months temporary assignment, with the exciting prospect of permanency afterward.
Position: Data Administrator
Location: Braemar, NSW (Fully Onsite) – parking available
Duration: 3 – 6 months temp position with a view to go permanent
Pay Rate: $35 per hour + super
Shifts: Monday to Thursday (7 AM to 3:30 PM), Friday (7 AM to 12 PM)
Our Client
Our client offers the supply and service of shearer loaders, tailored for underground applications, along with specialized industrial gearboxes in the Australasian region.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:

• Open and distribute incoming mail
• Answer telephones
• Attend to visitors (customers/members of the public)
• Manage stationery requirements for the company
• Maintain kitchen consumables and ensure the kitchen is kept tidy
• Deal with any office maintenance issues
• Book flights and accommodation when required

Workshop Support:

• Handle general administration duties
• Ensure accurate maintenance of all filing
• Assist with QA and Workshop administration as needed
• Maintain and update current Excel inspection documents, ensuring correctness
• Prepare workshop issue documents and maintain their utilization within the workshop

Service Department Support:

• Ensure timely completion of documentation and reporting
• Prepare service invoice notification documents and submit them promptly
• Monitor and control all Service Engineer inductions and medicals in collaboration with the Service Manager

Repairs:

• Maintain a Repairs Database
• Create works orders and track them through the workshop
• Other Responsibilities:
• Assist in covering co-worker’s role when absent
• Undertake other tasks as reasonably requested

The successful candidate will possess:

• Intermediate experience with Excel and Word
• Competency with using Microsoft Office
• Strong administration and organizational skills
• Good telephone manner
• Conversant with computers
