What You'll Do:
- Assist in the collection, organization, and maintenance of sales data using CRM and other database systems.
- Generate regular sales reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics and trends.
- Conduct data analysis to identify opportunities for sales growth and optimization.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand data needs and provide relevant insights and support.
- Help ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and quality checks.
- Conduct quality assurance.
- Support the implementation of data management best practices and process improvements.
- Assist in training sales staff on CRM usage and data entry best practices.
- Take some inbound calls to assist the service desk.
