We have multiple opportunities available for Administrators to support the Operations team with an end of financial year project commencing 3rd June 2023 for 4- 6 weeks.
You will be given full training on what is required, therefore previous financial services experience is not essential, but preferred.
Overall we are seeking candidates with a positive can-do attitude. You need to be reliable and pro-active. This role is all about attitude, to be successful you need to be a quick learner with a strong work ethic.
You will be assisting with the following duties:
- Process transactions on behalf of customers
- Assist with client enquiries
- Identify and escalate potential issues and risks
- Escalate system faults
- Opening of new accounts
- Update and amend customer accounts
- Create and send correspondence to clients/suppliers or advisers
This is a 4-6-week temporary contract, starting on the 3rd June 2024, with potential longer term opportunities for the right individual. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.
