YOUR DREAM OPPORTUNITYWe are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Data Entry Administrator to join our Marketing team to support the Apex websites in driving sales and continuously improving the customer experience!
A GLIMPSE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE UP TOReporting to the Marketing Manager, in this busy and rewarding role, you will be responsible for creating products for our websites. This includes:
- Maintaining the online product catalogue and pricing.
- Adding data to the website to create new products
- Maintaining and updating spreadsheets of products
But wait, there's more!
- Utilise Photoshop or similar software to edit product images, ensuring high quality and consistency across the website
- Assist with ongoing onsite optimisation projects
- Update website content to showcase furniture collections in hospitality settings, utilising compelling imagery and descriptive content
- Work closely with our photographer to update the Dropbox of photos and integrate them into the website
- Collaborate with our team to to effectively implement our marketing strategy
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US
- Excellent skills with Google sheets and Microsoft excel
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to the detail
- Adobe skills preferred but not essential e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign or Canva is preferred
