The market for our products is supplied and serviced through a network of dealers, who are supported by our own team of Territory Sales Managers in partnership with a dedicated team of sales support professionals.
Our business is wide reaching with clients such as 5 Star restaurants and Hotels, Hospitals, Aged Care, Resources sector, Government and strong support in the major QSR/Chain arena.
More About You
You are someone that has the ability to work within a strong, independent team of sales professionals that provide an unrivalled level of support to our customer base. You’ll need to be an adept communicator who has an eye for continuous improvement opportunities and comfortable working at pace.
- Provide prompt and accurate support for the field sales team.
- Proven experience in sales support or a customer liaison role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent MS Office and a working knowledge of SAP would be a distinct advantage.
- Effective time management skills.
- Highly organised with good attention to detail.
- Focused on providing customer satisfaction.
Main Duties
- Sales order entry, quotations, and customer support for our network of dealers in a dedicated geographic region
- Partnering with Territory Managers in delivering exceptional customer service, information and brand information
- Provide support to the dealer network and end user market for machine spare parts requirements
- Problem solving to support the achievement of positive outcomes
- Work within a strong, dedicated group of Territory Managers and customer service professionals
