AddressOur client services the mining industry focusing on both surface and underground mining & earthmoving equipment. They are currently looking for an experienced Data Entry Administrator to join their team at their local Mackay based office.
This role will be based at Mackay on a casual employment basis working Monday-Friday with the view to progress into a permanent position.
About the role:
- Updating and validating project data and documentation
- Working with excel spreadsheets and developing reports
- Communicating and coordinate within the company between departments
- Intermediate Microsoft office and Excel experience – Essential
- Previous experience in a Data Entry setting – Essential
- Quality & Assurance or Work Health & Safety background (highly desirable)
- Effective communication skills
- Attention to detail and instructions
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
