WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Responsible for ensuring accuracy and compliance in shipment paperwork
• Communicating with DHL colleagues across the globe to assist with shipment enquiries by phone, email and in person
• Liaising with our customers to ensure their shipments are processed correctly and any errors are resolved quickly and efficiently
• Some manual handling/parcel sorting will be required
• You will be working in small dynamic team at Perth Airport
• This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday on the PM shift 3:00pm – 11:00pm

WHAT CAN YOU BRING?

• Customer service experience
• Excellent computer, typing and organisation skills
• Confident with learning new computer programs and systems
• Team-oriented but can also work independently
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced high energy environment
• Physical fitness
