WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Responsible for ensuring accuracy and compliance in shipment paperwork
- Communicating with DHL colleagues across the globe to assist with shipment enquiries by phone, email and in person
- Liaising with our customers to ensure their shipments are processed correctly and any errors are resolved quickly and efficiently
- Some manual handling/parcel sorting will be required
- You will be working in small dynamic team at Perth Airport
- This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday on the PM shift 3:00pm – 11:00pm
WHAT CAN YOU BRING?
- Customer service experience
- Excellent computer, typing and organisation skills
- Confident with learning new computer programs and systems
- Team-oriented but can also work independently
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced high energy environment
- Physical fitness
