Exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and provide strategic Talent Acquisition services for one of the largest Councils in NSW.

  • Temporary full-time

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Officer you will partner with business units to provide specialised recruitment case management and stakeholder support and will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process.

This position is required to provide quality customer service and create value for the community.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business, or similar or have demonstrated experience that is relevant to this position
  • demonstrated success and experience in developing recruitment strategies in a complex organisational environment
  • proven ability to build strong, credible relationships that are able to positively influence and delivery successful outcomes for business units.

Other important information

  • Salary for this position ranges from $69k - $83k plus 11% superannuation
  • This is a temporary full-time role.
  • This role will be able to access a 9 day fortnight.
  • We are able to offer hybrid and flexible working conditions for this role.
  • This role is located at the Wyong Administration Building.

Council will be creating an eligibility list from this recruitment process and may utilise this eligibility list to fill other permanent or temporary vacancies.
