INDT Pty Ltd is a local Mackay-based NDT business that started operations in 2004. During this time INDT has grown to be the preferred Inspection and Testing supplier to many of the area's mining houses and local workshops. We offer an expanding number of NDT, Inspection, and Mechanical testing services around Central and North Queensland workshops and Bowen Basin mine sites.
INDT is currently looking for a Data Entry - Document Creator to join our Paget team and play a key role in the development of our new cloud-based reporting system. The successful applicant will be based in our Paget office for a 6 month fixed term contract on a full-time basis with Monday - Friday hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Manager and other team members to implement our new cloud-based reporting system across the company.
- Creation: Creation of report and quality templates for cloud-based use by our technicians in the field, allowing the reporting of test results to clients.
- Data Management: Ensure the precise entry and continual updates of quality related data within the templates of the cloud-based system.
- Document Administration: Maintain a systematic approach to organise, track, and retrieve cloud-based reporting templates.
- Quality Assurance Oversight: Conduct routine quality assessments to verify document compliance of end-result reports.
To be successful in this role you will require:
- Excellent computer based skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent Data Entry accuracy
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office programs - Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent time management skills
- Able to work co-operatively in a team environment
- Be well-presented and professional in your approach
- Problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
