Due to a recently acquired contract, we are seeking a casual Data Entry/administration professional to assist us with compiling data and reporting to a major client.
The Role
The day-to-day functions of this role include;
- Transferring data from paper formats into digital spreadsheets
- Reviewing data for errors and verifying accuracy
- Assisting with Data Entry for ad hoc project work
- Assisting with creating reports for major clients
This is a casual project based role that will span approx 3-4 months with between 8 and 12 hours per week with an ASAP start. This is a 100% office based role.
About You
To be successful in this position you will have the following skills:
- You will have strong experience in Data Entry
- You will have strong experience using word processing tools and spreadsheets (Microsoft Office Word and Excel)
- You will have the ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively
- You will have exceptional attention to detail
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You will be immediately available to commence work
