Data Entry Administrator - Train Operations

Therefore, we are excited to invite applications for a full time shift work Data Entry Administrator - Train Operations to join the team at our Bendigo Head Office.

As our trains operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, this position will provide full time hours, on a rotating shift roster basis. 

This role will provide the successful applicant with a great opportunity to be part of a dedicated and dynamic team.

Duties involved, but not limited to:

- Monitor, capture and entry of Live Train Operations data into various Operating Systems and Databases

- Record, submit and communication of Live Train Operations data to relevant parties and stakeholders

- Liaise with train drivers and management to ensure compliance to regulations

The successful applicant must demonstrate the following:

- Passion for Trains and the Rail Industry not essential, but highly regarded     

- Available to work on a rotating shift roster basis

- Past experience working in a fast paced environment

- Ability to work unsupervised       

- Ability to maintain a high level of concentration for extended periods       

- Database experience, with a strong knowledge of Excel

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail       

- Clear, confident and concise written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent time management skills

- Professional and reliable work ethic

- Current National Police Check or willingness to provide one
