Your new role and how you'll make a difference
Our Data and Insights Analysts are charged with the fulfilment of Data Services requests within our Service Level Agreement, as well as maintaining systems and information that provide our customers with the most optimum data specific to their needs!
If you have really strong data handling and processing experience, and are able to demonstrate technical skills needed in the data space we'd love to hear from you!

The value-add things you'll be doing
- Fulfilment of S&MS Marketing and data lists within Service Level Agreement or as negotiated depending on the complexity of the work requested.
- Scope customer requirements and work with and provide advice to the internal RMS and S&MS sales function to ensure best possible customer solution.
- Maintaining and servicing of existing databases to perpetuate quality output.
- Identify data integrity issues and proactively identify solutions to improve processes and data accuracy.
- Create, maintain and perform analytics and statistical reports required to assist all internal teams including Marketing, Trade, RMS and S&MS using R and/or Python.
- Act as pivot point between IT and trade team to achieve all KPIs set by the business.
Qualifications
The experience and qualifications you'll need to be successful
- Very strong data handling and processing experience! - 2-3 years experience in a related field or similar role.
- Highly experienced with Python or R Languages
- Customer service focus, high standards and ethical values.
- A desire to contribute to the long-term strategy of service quality within illion.
- SAS experience, SQL experience
- 1-3 years of experience in a related field and Tertiary qualification, i.e. Business / Mathematics / Science / Engineering / IT tertiary degree.
