An exciting opportunity for you to provide IT Support Services to one of our clients who are a leading utilities organisation in Queensland. As a Level 2/3 IT Support Officer, you will have the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Provide second and third level technical support to end-users in a customer facing environment
- Be the first point of contact for all MS Teams Meeting rooms
- Respond to service requests in a timely manner and maintain accurate records of support activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues, including network connectivity problems
- Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems
- Assist with the setup and deployment of new hardware and software as needed
- Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate resources and follow up to ensure timely resolution
- Communicate technical information to non-technical end-users in a clear and concise manner
Requirements
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with hardware and software installations
- Intune, SOE Management and application packaging
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
