Bounce Financial is a financial planning business located in Fortitude Valley. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our small team to work 4 days a week (Monday to Thursday).
The pay scale for the role is $40,000 to $52,000 + Super (A full time equivalent of $50,000 to $65,000 + Super) and is dependent on experience.
ABOUT BOUNCE FINANCIAL: Bounce Financial was established in 2015 and specialises in providing financial advice to professional families who are navigating life’s big financial challenges like having children, buying a house and saving and investing for their future.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- 4 Days- Monday to Thursday 8:30 to 5pm (Hello 3-day weekend!)
- This role is predominately office based at this time with some WHF to be included.
- Preferred start date is Monday 10 June 2024 but can be later if required.
- Seeking preferably an experienced Administration Assistant who is comfortable to work autonomously.
- Experience in Financial Planning would be preferred but any experience in similar service businesses such as Accounting, Law Firm etc would be considered favourably.
- University students who do not have experience but are studying a similar area of study will also be considered.
- You will receive training in all things financial planning and this would suit somebody who is interested in finance or money.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities will include:
- Diary management and liaising with clients
- Telephoning clients, insurance and super providers and seeking information
- Day to day management of the client journey
- Basic data entry into different software
- Electronic filing
- Preparing documents to be completed by the financial adviser
- Scanning, printing and completing super and insurance application forms
