Through the innovation and success of their services, they are now looking to expand their dynamic team through a new opportunity for a Debt Recovery Lawyer that shares the same values of honesty and innovation to further embrace their objectives of future success in a collaborative and supportive environment.
An exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced Lawyer, this position is focused on engaging with major clients within insurance, utilities and tollway industries, that will furthermore be responsible for:
•Managing cases and clients in relation to Debt Recovery, commercial litigation and insolvency
•Resolving disputes
•Maintaining high levels of customer-satisfaction
•Meeting deadlines and achieving desired outcomes
•Liaise with clients, debtors, references, third parties, as well as all relevant stakeholders.
In order to execute the following tasks, the successful applicants will need to encompass:
•Law degree and relevant legal qualifications
•2+ years post admission experience in Debt Recovery, dispute resolution, and commercial litigation
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks and conflicting deadlines
•Commitment to providing exceptional client service
•Membership in the relevant professional associations and societies is desirable
