This role offers you structured support, both clinical and administrative, to guide your transition into private practice. We currently have an opportunity for a fully registered Psychologist to join our team. Our clinician diaries are structured in line with a burnout prevention caseload model, which includes no scheduling of appointments outside your agreed upon hours, monitoring to ensure your caseload is balanced and not severe presentation heavy, an ability to take planned leave and flexibility in shifts.
CQ Psych Services, unlike many other private practices, offers a structured Career Progression Pathway to ensure you can continue to grow as a practitioner, develop your niche interest area, explore non-clinical opportunities and if interested, even step into a leadership role should a position be available.
