Delivery Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Lead to oversee and manage the implementation of Enterprise Service Management (ESM) solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the project through its lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering to vendor selection and implementation.
This role requires a strong background in project management, particularly in the context of ESM platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Cherwell, Avanti, BMC, or similar.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Lead, with a focus on implementing Enterprise Service Management solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of ESM platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Cherwell, Avanti, BMC, or similar.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project delivery in a dynamic environment.
- Experience managing RFQ processes and vendor selection activities.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices is preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
