Context of the job
As part of our vision, we are expanding our team of electrical experts based in Saudi Arabia with a Delivery Manager. Our current team consists of 4 senior experts specializing in key domains: transformers, GIS, underground cables, overhead lines, and protection systems.
This role will not only be responsible for the overall client management but also for leading and developing our capabilities in the region.

The selected candidate will join a team of 5 experts based in Riyadh. You will:
- Collaborate with the client to solve their issues:
- Engage client management and staff proactively to assess their strategic approach and operational processes.
- Rigorously analyze information and data to identify underlying problems and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement holistic solutions in collaboration with the client, leveraging the company’s subject matter expertise.
- Provide expert advice on process optimization and organizational change, informed by sector trends and client constraints.
- Conduct economic analysis to support informed client decisions and strategic directions.
- Mentor and guide client teams in adopting best practices and innovative solutions.
- Continuously identify emerging client needs and collaborate with our Business Development team to lead value proposal initiatives, aiming to expand regional business opportunities.
- Overseeing Project Portfolio for Sustainable Growth:
- Oversee a portfolio of multiple projects, ensuring they align with client objectives and the company's strategic goals.
- Collaborate closely with local teams to ensure sustained project success and client satisfaction, adapting strategies as necessary.
- Manage portfolio financials to ensure profitability in both the short and medium term.
- Lead cross-functional teams to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, team members, and partners.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within project teams and client engagement

We are looking for a Delivery Manager Electrical Networks eager to successfully develop the project.
More concretely, you have:
- A master’s degree (or equivalent) with a good general understanding of electrical assets and their strategic implications in business contexts.
- At least 5 years experiences as Project or Program Manager in environments demanding technical and strategic expertise.
- An ability to consider a technical problem in its broader context, with a keen awareness of economic and financial impacts.
- Strong competency in analysing complex data sets, identifying trends, and synthesizing actionable insights.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective business solutions for different clients.
- A European experience, your either did your studies in Europe or have a professional experience at a European Grid operator.
- A no non-sens approach and you are rigorous.
- Strong communication skills and able to engage people.
- Experience in identifying new business opportunities and contributing to business development efforts
