An exciting opportunity is now available for a People & Culture Delivery Partner to join our team based in Brisbane. You will be responsible for supporting and contributing to the success of our Defence portfolio, this role will see you managing your key client group including a large blue-collar workforce.
Driving exciting People & Culture initiatives and ensuring successful project delivery for your stakeholder group. Most importantly you will provide advisory support and coaching to managers, effectively supporting with employee relations and industrial relations matters.
Responsibilities:
The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:
- Support the execution of cyclical events such as performance, remuneration and talent cycles.
- Provide advisory support and coaching to managers to manage employee relations and industrial relations matters.
- Lead and manage People & Culture projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget and quality standards.
- Work closely with HR Business partners, functional HR teams and other teams to gather project requirements and coordinate project activities.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders, establish effective communication channels and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project & annual cycles.
- Develop change management plans to support the successful implementation of People & Culture projects and system implementations.
- Assess the impact of HR and talent projects on the business.
- Tertiary Qualification in HR, Business Management, or a related discipline (desirable).
- Have worked in a similar high volume and / or blue-collar environment is advantageous.
- Strong HR generalist experience, with knowledge of HR principles, practices & regulations.
- Knowledge of Fair Work Act, relevant awards, enterprise agreements and other employment legislation.
- Delivery of HR projects and annual cycle events e.g. performance, remuneration, talent.
- Coaching and developing managers, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
- Confident with Microsoft Office Suite, document preparation and HRIS/payroll, Learning Management and Recruitment Software
