The Role
Reporting to the Planning Manager, you will be responsible for managing forecasting and Supply planning for our RSEA New Zealand Business. This role will be based full time onsite in Hurstville.
As Demand & Supply Planner NZ, you will play a key pivotal role in the Demand and Supply function and meetings, as well as provide support to product managers, sales, and store representatives in relation to stock management and enquiries.

Key Responsibilities
- Forecasting across the B2B channel
- Communicate and escalate major supply exceptions, based on demand changes across the forecast horizon.
- Run and co-ordinate replenishment orders to support B2B and Retail Min Max’s
- Engage with suppliers, and product managers on supply solutions to meet required demand activity and TSL (Target Service Limits)
- Participate in Demand and Supply meetings, identify root cause analysis and Supply rectification actions to meet demand.
- Regular updates to key stakeholders on potential OOS and at-risk PO deliveries Provide back-into-stock details.
- Place, chase, delay and cancel purchase orders as driven by the forecasts and in line with TSL’s, DIF, DIFOT, & OTB parameters.
- Purchase Order Reports supplied to suppliers to track orders on a fortnightly basis and update changes in Pronto.
- Prioritise orders with suppliers where required.
Skills / Experience / Qualifications:
- Demand and Supply planning experience 2 years or more in a retail, and or B2B environment
- Knowledge of NetSuite essential
- Understanding of International & local supply chain
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving skills – a tenacity to resolve issues.
- Intermediate MS Excel & mathematical skills (computer literate)
- Able to work with minimal supervision according to agreed work plans.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with the ability to work well in a team-based environment.
- Able to work to tight deadlines.
