We are a well-established specialist oral surgery, implant and periodontal dental practice, located in Melbourne's South in Malvern East. We perform surgical procedures under local anesthetic, general anesthetic and IV sedation.

About the role:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Dental Assistant to segway into a specialist practice. We offer a fantastic training program and you will thrive within a supportive team, we would consider a junior / trainee role for the right candidate.
Work hours are Monday to Friday, in a flexible environment where we are open to discuss the potential of either a four or five day week. This may suit you if you are looking for a part time/ full time position as we may be able to offer job share, and school hours will also be considered. Remuneration will be based on experinace.

Duties:
- Digital record taking, intra oral photos and intra oral scans.
- Chairside support for our periodontal hygienists.
- Assist with our specialists who specialises in implants, oral surgery and periodontal treatment.
- Support the team to offer treatment under Local Anaesthetic, General Anaesthetic, and IV sedation.
- Take on responsibilities as you become more confident.
Your Experience and Attributes:
- Have at least 6 months chairside dental assisting experience
- You will be motivated and passionate about providing a high level of patient care
- High standard of infection control
- Must be reliable and honest with a high level of initiative and a diligent eye for detail
- Have the ability to multitask and work productively.
